Return Policy

You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) days, by choosing another product or requesting a refund. In both cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that in order for a product return or replacement request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met cumulatively:

• Contact the store at +30 22710 61049 or mail info@tanainishome.gr, in order to report your request and approve the return of the product.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, guarantee, instructions for use).
• Returns are made only by ACS Courier while the packaging of the shipment of the returned product must be safe so as not to cause any damage during transport. In case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return, the company Tanainis Aristodimos does not bear any responsibility.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements are not accepted. Change of already changed products is not allowed.

If the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as sending a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from that of your order, then you are entitled to the repair or replacement of the product at your own expense.

Finally, in case of product return, your refund will be completed within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product, after deducting from the amount that will be deposited in your account the shipping and return costs of your order.
